CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for an exchange only as long as they are unopened or gently used.
Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a credit on the purchase price.  Artistic Beauty will not charge any shipping costs on the new item(s).
Only items purchased on Artisticbeauty.ca will be accepted. If your items were purchased at a retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on Artisticbeauty.ca cannot be returned at retailers that sell Artistic Beauty products.
